It is a knock-off of an election day. Instead of voting, the Mayor (Tortimer) does his duty and rewards everyone who speaks to him. If the player converses with Tortimer, they will receive a Well Model. However, the gift is only given the first time, meaning the player cannot receive the item if they already received it in a previous year.
