The cube light is a customizable miscellaneous furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. As a miscellaneous item, it can be placed on either the ground or on the surfaces of tables and other similar furniture items that have surfaces for items. The player can interact with this item to turn its lighting effect on or off. The player can also sit on this item. The item's top surface can be used to place smaller items, such as other miscellaneous furniture.

The cube light can be obtained from either Nook's Cranny for  830 Bells or the Paradise Planning office for  750 Poki. The item's color pattern can be customized either by using 1 customization kit or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  1,000 Bells. When customizing the item's color pattern, the player can use one of Sable's patterns or their own custom designs.

No villagers have this item in their home.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Cleo, Flurry, Gonzo, Gwen, Julia, Kyle, Lionel, Lopez, Marcel, Pango, Rhonda, Roswell, Tasha, and Whitney.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, this item is required as one of the chairs for the dining hall at the café, as one of the chairs for the waiting area at the hospital, as one of the chairs for the dining hall at the restaurant, and as one of the chairs for the classroom at the school.

After unlocking this item in Happy Home Paradise, the item can be purchased from Wardell's catalog.
