"K.K. Marathon" is a K.K. Slider song that first appears in Doubutsu no Mori e+. Its main instruments are an electric music box, a vibraphone, and a drum, in emulation of Indonesian gamelan music. Specifically, it is inspired by Balinese gamelan techniques, such as the face-paced kotekan texture in the second half of the aircheck.

The album cover for "K.K. Marathon'" features Midge and Maple (Madam Rosa and Carrot in Doubutsu no Mori e+ e-Reader card) dance in the foreground as K.K.
