"K.K. Synth" is a song by K.K. Slider in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. As the song title implies, the composition was mainly composed using a synthesiser. The song appears to be based on the works of late 1960's and 1970's European electronic artists such as Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Brian Eno, Kraftwerk and Jean-Michel Jarre, featuring slow, ambient synthesizer riffs and pops that contrast "organic" and "artificial" sounds. The song also bears noticeable similarities to the 1981 song "Pure Jam" by Japanese synthpop band Yellow Magic Orchestra.
This song is owned by Blaire (in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer), Cheri (in Animal Crossing: New Leaf), Claudia, Cleo (in Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo), Diana, Gloria (both in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer), Piper (beginning as of Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo), Reneigh and Tasha (in Animal Crossing: New Horizons).
