Wolves are a species of villager in the Animal Crossing series. There are twelve wolf villagers so far, of which all but four wolves have either cranky or snooty personalities. Tarou has a jock personality, Skye has a normal personality, and Kyle and W. Link both have a smug personality. Dobie used to be a lazy islander but became a cranky villager in the Welcome Amiibo update.

 Out of all the wolves, [[Tarou]] is the only wolf absent in {{NLa}}. Additionally, [[Chief]], [[Dobie]], [[Fang]], [[Skye]], and [[Vivian]] are the only wolves that have yet to appear in {{PC}}, excluding [[W. Link]].
