Shamrock Day is a holiday in Animal Crossing: New Leaf that takes place on March 17th, which is the same day as St. Patrick's Day. During the day, Isabelle can be found next to the Town Tree in the Event Plaza. If the player talks to her, she will inform them about the holiday and give them a Shamrock Hat.
