The log bench is a customizable houseware furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It is part of the Log Series. The player is able to sit on this item. The item's top surface can be used to place smaller items, such as miscellaneous furniture. As an outdoor item, it will provide an additional 0.5 development points towards the island rating.

The log bench can be obtained from crafting, which requires 5× hardwood. The recipe for this item can be obtained from either Tom Nook, where there is a 50% chance of being obtained if Tom Nook asks for this item during the villager house development quest, or normal villagers. The item's lumber type can be customized either by using 1 customization kit or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  1,000 Bells.

This item appears as a furniture item in the homes of Amelia, Beau, Dom, Egbert, Flora, Grizzly, Hans, Jay, Mac, Maddie, Norma, Phoebe, Poppy, Prince, Rex, Ricky, Roald, Scoot, and Zucker. It also appears in lazy villagers' initial homes if the starting fruit of the island is peaches.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Alli, Benjamin, Bianca, Broffina, Butch, Cranston, Deirdre, Dora, Drift, Hans, Julia, Leopold, Louie, Maple, O'Hare, Savannah, and Tasha.
