Naughty-or-Nice Day is an event in the Animal Crossing series that occurs on December 6. It appears in European towns in Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf as well as in European versions of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. In Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf, the event is announced on the bulletin board.

Naughty-or-Nice Day coincides with Sinterklaas, a holiday in Belgium and the Netherlands, which functions very similarly to Christmas.

Appearances[edit]

In City Folk[edit]

Tortimer speaking to the player on Naughty-or-Nice Day in City Folk.

In European towns in Animal Crossing: City Folk, Tortimer appears outside the town hall on Naughty-or-Nice Day and will give the player a stuffed stocking if spoken to. After the discontinuation of the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection in 2014, the stuffed stocking can only be obtained in the European version of the game.

In New Leaf[edit]

In European towns in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Isabelle appears in the event plaza on Naughty-or-Nice Day and will give the player a holiday stocking if spoken to. Most stores on Main Street open later than usual.

In Pocket Camp[edit]

In Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, all campers notify the player the first time they are interacted with that day, before any standard dialogue.

Notes[edit]
