"K.K. Soul" is a K.K. Slider song that first appears in Doubutsu no Mori. It resembles southern soul music with its prominent horns.

On the album Nintendo Sound Selection Vol. 3 - Luigi B-Sides, there is an official remix of "K.K. Soul" arranged by Toru Minegishi, who also composed the original song. It uses the vocals of the live version and the instrumentation (drumkit, horns, electric bass, electric piano, clean electric guitar, and vibraphone) of the aircheck version. The overall length of the song is extended, and it ends with an extended vibraphone solo.
