In Doubutsu no Mori Cube wears a N Logo Shirt, and in Animal Crossing he wears a G Logo Shirt, representing the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo GameCube respectively. In later games, Cube no longer references Nintendo's consoles, and simply wears a Big Dot Shirt instead.
