Morning aerobics in Animal Crossing

Group stretching, known as morning aerobics prior to New Horizons, is a fitness activity in the Animal Crossing series. It appears in Animal Crossing as an daily event each morning at the wishing well from July 25 to August 31, and it appears in Animal Crossing: New Horizons beginning in version 2.0 as an activity that can be started by the player anytime in the plaza.
In Animal Crossing
In Animal Crossing, each morning before 7:00 AM from July 25 to August 31, Copper will conduct morning aerobics at the wishing well with four other villagers. After receiving an Exercise Card from Tortimer during the event, the player can start accumulating stamps by speaking with him on subsequent days. If a player gets the card stamped at fourteen morning aerobics sessions, Tortimer will reward them with an Aerobics Radio, which enables the player to perform the exercises at home.
Morning aerobics will not occur if it the weather is rainy, or if the save file is loaded on or after 6:55 AM.
All exercises use the C Stick.

In New Horizons
Group stretching will be added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons in the 2.0 Free Update. The player can start group stretching by interacting with a special Tape Deck in the plaza outside Resident Services. During group stretching, both villagers and special characters will participate, and the player can perform stretches with either button or motion controls.
