Cyrus (カイゾー, Kaizō), is a blue alpaca, who, along with Reese, runs Re-Tail. For the first 7 days in town, Cyrus will be asleep at his desk, because, according to Reese, Cyrus worked on an all night project and is "extremely tired", and the player will be unable to speak with him. After the player has sold enough bells worth of items, and acquired enough furniture, Cyrus's customization services will be available.
