Tammi is a peppy, monkey villager in the Animal Crossing series. Her name derives from the simian known as the tamarin, likely the golden-mantled tamarin, based on her appearance.

In New Horizons, Tammi has the fashion hobby and will be more frequently seen visiting Able Sisters and commenting on the player's fashion, sometimes giving them clothes that match their current outfit in color or style. She may be found carrying around a purse or wearing accessories and clothing different from their initial or gifted outfits.

Although she is a monkey, she actually resembles more of a ring-tailed lemur, which is a world-famous prosimian of Madagascar. This is because of her black and white striped tail and face. She also has very small eyes and a small mouth.
