Charlise is a sisterly bear villager from the Animal Crossing series. She first appeared in Doubutsu no Mori e+ as a peppy islander, then re-appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf as a sisterly villager. Her name comes from a French/Portuguese word, charme, which translates to charm, a reference to her original Japanese name.

Characteristics

Appearance

Charlise is a dark green bear with brown hair. She has yellow blush marks on her cheeks and half closed eyes.

Personality

In Doubutsu no Mori e+

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.

In Doubutsu no Mori e+, Charlise is a peppy bear, meaning she is energetic, has a short attention span, and has an active imagination. She will often say "like" and use "SOOO" and "totally" when she's describing something. Charlise might be the center of jokes with snooty and cranky characters.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Below is a brief description of the sisterly personality. For more information, click here.

Charlise returns in New Leaf as a sisterly bear, a more-fitting female counterpart of the cranky personality. This means she acts as a big sister and considers herself a tomboy. Due to this, she may appear competitive and bossy, although she is also caring, which makes her easy to befriend.
